Carpet Depot policy regarding TradeFirst purchases is as follows:
- If the item you wish to purchase is featured below or in stock and not a special order, we will do 100% trade.
- Special orders can still be purchased using a percentage of trade, but not 100%. Amount of trade allowed to use on special purchases will be determined after a field measure is done and a product is picked out. Generally special orders can use 40%-60% trade, depending on the product chosen.
